Terms governing use of Veridy CSCC services.

By using Veridy CSCC services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Veridy CSCC services are available exclusively to individuals applying for their own personal Cross State Criminal Record report. You must be the person named on the order and must complete live KYC verification in your own name.
It is strictly prohibited for companies, employers, HR departments, staffing agencies, landlords, or any third party to submit orders on behalf of employees, applicants, tenants, or any other individual. Orders identified as third-party submissions will be cancelled without refund.
Veridy CSCC provides personal Cross State Criminal Record background screening reports. Basic reports are delivered within 12 business days; Priority reports within 5 business days, subject to successful live KYC and complete order information.
You represent that you are applying for your own personal report, that all information submitted is accurate and matches your government-issued ID, and that you will complete live KYC verification personally. You must not submit orders on behalf of any other person or entity.
Orders require payment through our secure US on-ramp payment portal, including identity verification (KYC) as required. Searches begin only after successful payment and verification. All fees are non-refundable once a search has commenced, except as required by law.
Reports are compiled from public records and third-party databases. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee completeness of all records in every jurisdiction.
Veridy CSCC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our reports or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
